When I started my own IVF journey, I quickly realized something: the tools available to track medications, appointments, and emotional wellbeing were scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets, and apps that weren't built for this experience.
IVF is unlike any other medical process. It's deeply personal, emotionally intense, and requires tracking dozens of data points across weeks and months. Yet most of us were cobbling together solutions from generic health apps and paper calendars.
The gap we saw
Existing tracking tools missed three things that matter most during treatment:
- Emotional context. Your mood, your anxiety levels, your hope. These aren't separate from your medical data. They're part of the same story.
- Community connection. Knowing you're not the only one awake at 2am, worrying about tomorrow's blood draw.
- Compassionate design. An app that understands trembling hands after an injection, that doesn't show harsh red error screens, that breathes with you.
What we're building
TrackMyIVF is a companion for your entire fertility journey. From pre-treatment through the two-week wait and beyond, it helps you track medications, log symptoms, connect with others who understand, and hold space for every emotion along the way.
We're building this because every family deserves tools that meet them where they are, with warmth instead of clinical coldness.
With love, Viv
