How to Send Beta Feedback (TestFlight)
A few quick steps. We read every report.
If you installed TrackMyIVF through TestFlight, the fastest way to report bugs (especially with screenshots or crash reports) is TestFlight's built-in feedback.
What happens next: We read every report. We may not reply to TestFlight feedback, but it directly helps us find and fix bugs. We do not store screenshots or crash logs in our systems; we use App Store Connect links to review them.
Option 1: Send feedback from the TestFlight app
- Open the TestFlight app.
- Tap TrackMyIVF.
- Tap Send Beta Feedback.
- Write what happened (the last 2-3 steps helps a lot), then submit.
Option 2: Send screenshot feedback (best for UI bugs)
- Open TrackMyIVF.
- When you see the issue, take a screenshot.
- Tap the screenshot preview thumbnail.
- Tap Send Beta Feedback, add a short note, and submit.
If the app crashes
- If iOS/TestFlight asks to share a crash report, tap Send.
- If you don't see a prompt, open TestFlight → TrackMyIVF and look for a Crash Reports or Send Crash Report option.
What to include (keep it short)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
Please avoid sharing personal information
We never need names, clinic/doctor names, exact lab values, or screenshots with faces or identifying details. If a screenshot might contain something sensitive, please crop or cover it before sending.
